Transmasholding (TMH), Russia and the CIS’s largest manufacturer of rolling stock started their process of acquiring an already existing South African OEM. The company invested R500 million for the acquisition and upgrade of an already existing 45 000 sqm rolling stock manufacturing facility in Boksburg. Gauteng Premier, Honourable David Makhura, along with a host of other officials, attended the official TMH Africa Facility opening ceremony.
